Standard Shipping Vs Tracked Shipping

All orders are sent via standard shipping by default, this does not include tracking. If you would like your order to be shipped with tracking, please selected the 'tracked' option at checkout.

Selecting tracked shipping does not mean your order will be shipped sooner than standard (see below section for processing times), however the in-transit times are usually shorter than non-tracked shipping for most locations. 

If you require express or next-day shipping for an order, or if you need an item by a specific date, please email info@occulttrash.com to see if this can be accommodated before placing your order.

Processing Times For Orders

I aim to ship within 2-4 working days of receiving an order, however I cannot guarantee this will always be the case.

This is because Occult Trash is run by a single person, all orders are processed and fulfilled manually by the artist, and some items are made to order. Therefore orders are not shipped instantly and delays may occur due to public holidays or during peak periods, such as Christmas. 

However, if there is going to be a significant delay on shipping your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible.

UK Orders 

Domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class by default, this means they usually arrive 2-5 working days after dispatch date. If your UK order has not arrived 14 working days after the dispatch date, please do email info@occulttrash.com.

International Orders

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard by default, which does not include a tracking number, and aims to deliver packages 11-17 days from dispatch date. However, currently delivery times are very varied between different countries. At the time of writing delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Europe: 2-4 weeks
  • USA: 3-6 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 4-8 weeks
Please be aware with international orders that global current events (such as the covid-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict and any natural disasters that may occur at time of ordering) can cause delays and drastically affect delivery times. If you are an international customer please wait at least 8 weeks from the dispatch date before contacting us about an order not arriving. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note, Occult Trash is a UK based brand, therefore all items ship from the UK.
  • USA customers: you will be charged tariff & duties at checkout, and your order will be shipped DDP, and therefore will not be required to pay any further fees upon delivery.
  • Everywhere else: please check with your local government for your area's customs and import taxes policies, if you are charged these fees it will be upon delivery by your local postal service provider.
